  • As of proving transparency we have formulated this return & exchange policy to create a bridge of honesty. Our main aim is to clear you about your purchase. We have collected all possible reasons related to return, cancellations or exchange. We request you to go through the policy before placing the order or claiming a refund or exchange.
  • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5-day after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instruction on how and where to send your package. Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send us parcel without informing us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Due to scheduled maintenance, there may be a delay of 3-4 days in return/exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For Exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. Once, we have received the request and it is approved pose review, a new exchange order will automatically placed and processed. The new order get shipped in 2-3 working days and would take 7-8 days for it to get delivered, mostly sooner depending on the region.

In case, our service for reverse pickup is not available at the customer location, the customer should send back the product to us by themselves.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, not further action such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Before making a return read the below condition and make sure  you Complies with Conditions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will contact you for bank details. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally, In the case of free shipping and sale item note that shipping/cash on delivery charges i.e. Rs. 389/-  are non-refundable in return also same goes with the exchange but charges will be Rs. 289/-.  ( It also depends on the delivery/pickup Pincode ) (All the prepaid orders will be free of cost return)

 

What If My product is defective or parcel is damaged or Different Items Received?

We Need Full Video When You Opening The Parcel and if it's damaged or defective then Yes, we take our product back. In this case, we have both options available. First, you can one-time exchange with the same Item (free of cost). second, You can return it and claim a refund. If you can not provide Full video then the second option costs Rs.389/- [ As Return shipping Charge ] if you want your money back.

What is the timeframe for raising any issue?

You can raise any issue within 5 days after delivery. We are not responsible for any issue after this timeframe.

What is the procedure for any claim?

What to do if I have wrong details filled incorrectly?

It’s solely your responsibility to enter the right details. By mistake, if you did anything wrong, let us inform via mail, WhatsApp or Instagram handle.

Can I cancel the order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel the Order Within 24 Hours after placing an order but you can not cancel the order if you get an SMS and Email about shipping information like tracking ID.

Prepaid Orders can not be canceled by the customer Him/herself You have to contact us on Instagram or mail at care.juningrabe@gmail.com

If I don’t like the color of the Items. Can you take it back?

No, we do not provide exchange or return if the customer doesn’t like the color. There is a 10-15% color difference in some Items as compared to the picture. Please ask for a video anytime. While taking images, the picture comes in bright colors. Not all sarees look different but some sarees are different from images. See the video of the Item and then place an order.

For what reasons I can’t clam for return or exchange?

Below are some reasons you can’t claim an exchange or refund.

  • My mom/wife/loved ones don't like it. (Be clear about your order. We always do our best)
  • I didn't see the original pictures. (We provide you activity logs of our website where small changes made by any employee of Junin_Grabe are mentioned. We don't change pictures frequently. We can provide you a proof. So consider purchasing with awareness. We will provide all the details whatever you like but we don't provide a refund on return in this case.
  • Product is not "exactly" as pictures (better ask for real videos before you order. We always here to help you on WhatsApp)
  • Quality is not as expected { we manufacture imitation work. We always focus on quality. Please look for the original product. If it's a higher price range then we can provide imitation in this price range. WE CAN'T PROVIDE ORIGINAL PRODUCTS JUST BECAUSE ORIGINAL COSTS 10 TIMES HIGHER) You can ask for videos.
  • We don't provide a return, refund, partial refund, or exchange for the above reasons. We don't make a decision based on emotions. We can accept or reject your request based on the relationship with the customer. We have the right to refund you against this policy or reasons.
